Hello I'm Debbie.

I am a yoga instructor.

A friendly and caring Yoga instructor. Debbie’s Yoga classes mainly focus on building strength and flexibility. She believes that these two characteristics are vital and complement each other to build balance in our life and our bodies. She hopes to cultivate a healthy lifestyle in her students.

Debbie has certification in yin yoga, vinyasa flow, wheel yoga and therapeutic yoga. This allows her to provide a holistic approach to yoga. She also has experience teaching Yoga in Mandarin, thus her lessons would be perfect for those who prefer some guidance in Chinese 🙂 

Outside the class, Debbie would be doing her Pilates, strength training and having her favorite coffee around the Joo Chiat area. If you ever bump into her, please come and say hi.
