Hello I'm Felicia
I am a yoga instructor.
A self-declared tree-hugger with a love for fitness, animals and truffle fries, Felicia is also a passionate teacher. Having close to 20 years of teaching experience across cardio, strength and mind-body classes, she believes that yoga is a practice of meeting herself on the mat. Being grounded to her means to find balance in a world that can be quite turbulent.
Felicia hopes to deliver classes that allow students to celebrate how their bodies feel (physically, emotionally and perhaps spiritually) in each asana. Her classes are typically strong and she wants people to explore asanas and feel empowered in moving in a manner that serves them. This is inspired from her personal practice, where yoga has been both a physical and emotional experience for her, through which she has been challenged by asanas and the sentiments that come with every practice
Outside of yoga, she can be found cafe-hopping (specifically to find the cafe that serves the best truffle fries), running with her fur kids or having a glass of wine with close friends. She also is fur-mom to 2 adopted dogs who loves traveling and spending my free time exploring unknown spots in Singapore.
