For your friend to redeem his/her complimentary class, please follow the following steps:

1. Create a profile with On Good Ground by heading over to www.ongoodground.com and click Login | Register on the top right hand corner
2. Drop us an email at clarissa@ongoodground.com with the email address used to create the profile
3. We will credit the complimentary class in 7 days

You may book your classes thereafter via our website or via the MINDBODY app.
