Hello I'm Gabby
I am a yoga instructor.
“To be soft is to be powerful.” – Rupi Kaur
Yoga served as a refuge and home for Gabby 5 years ago, when she was caught up in the hustle of work. She found herself consistently showing up on the mat, rain or shine, night or day, and overtime – understood the balance of steady effort and surrender, experiencing the growth, gentleness and strength in her practice.
She strongly believes in cultivating a safe space for everyone in her classes and the practice of yoga is not a one-size-fits-all. Gabby’s classes are focused within, encouraging empowerment and the understanding that each individual’s alignment and asanas could look different.
Understanding that learning never stops, she also acquired a 20-Hour Living Yoga Immersion for Yoga Teachers on the Art & Craft of Sequencing this year.
When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, she can be found on adventures with her adopted Singapore Special, Lexi or catching up on crime thrillers or documentaries on Netflix.
