Hello I'm Sharmane

I am a barre instructor.

Always on a mission to live her best life, Sharmane is effervescent, creative and brings the same spirit to her barre classes. Barre rekindles her love for ballet, and as conditioning exercises are essential to a dancer’s training, barre has been the perfect remedy for her. Not only has it increased her body awareness and strengthened her stamina for dance, she even uses barre repertoire while teaching dance to help others understand their bodies.

To Sharmane, being grounded means to remember why you started. It also means to be kind to your body and to have fun at the same time!

Outside of barre, Sharmane can be found in either dancing her heart out, or soaking up the sun on the beach, hiking in the mountains, possibly on a solo travel trip or backpacking. You may also spot her at a weekend bottomless brunch living it up 😉

Sharmane’s classes are filled with dynamic exercises and lots of cardio. She is always finding creative ways to clock that burn and inspiring others to find their rhythm. Join her for a class today!
