Hello I'm Sun.
I am a yoga instructor.
Sun’s yoga journey started almost 20 years ago in Korea. She loved how moving her body had made her mind quiet and peaceful. Hoping to share the benefits she experienced with others, she became a full time yoga teacher in 2017 and trained with various teachers since then including Jason Crandall, Celest Pereira and Nadia Narain.
Sun strongly believes that anyone can benefit from yoga mentally and physically. The moving meditation side of yoga practice can provide us an opportunity to slow down and quieten our mind. Well structured classes that focus on anatomy and functional alignment can help us build strength and improve range of motion. These two are the key parts of Sun’s classes. She is also trained in Pilates and prenatal yoga and when off the mat, she enjoyed all different types of fitness activities.
