Hello I'm Christina.

I am a yoga instructor.

Christina began her yoga journey in 2007 after the birth of her daughter. She had always been passionate about fitness and sports but injuries also crept up often in her life so she turned to yoga as an alternative way to regain her fitness and adjust to the demanding role of a new mother. She quickly became enamored of yoga and after discovering the positive impact yoga had on her life, both physically, mentally and energetically, she decided to share her passion and knowledge of yoga with others by becoming a certified yoga teacher. Christina teaches Hatha Yoga Vinyasa Flow Yoga, YinYang Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.

She teaches from the belief that movement and breath is a source of healing and a way to connect to the inner self so as to find peace and cultivate physical empowerment. Her classes are creative, invigorating and sometimes spiced with a dose of self deprecating humour, a trait that she is not shy of as she believes that “Laughter is the best medicine”.

Off the mat, Christina is a coffee addict and a huge fan of British comedies.
