Hello I'm Kim

I am a yoga instructor.

“Yoga citta vritti nirodhah” 

Yoga is to still the patterning of consciousness. 

Also in other words,  yoga is to decrease your inner thoughts/to let go of your consciousness. This is how Kimberly approaches her practice on the mat – meditation in movement, by bringing awareness back to the breath and bringing focus back to the body. 

Kimberly believes that the practice of yoga helps to strengthen you, not just physically but also mentally. If you can confront yourself on the mat with a calm & steady breath, you are ready to take on the rest of the world with a calm & steady mind. 

Outside of class, you’ll probably find Kimberly at the gym working out, spending time with her loved ones, or planning her next travel destination!
