WHAT TO EXPECT?
Suitable for beginners in yoga who wish to acquaint themselves with the fundamental postures of the practice, find physical variations that suit their unique body types and understand the importance of mind, body and breath connection. Through this workshop, participants can look forward to establishing a strong foundation to take root in their yoga practice, as well as building confidence to move in a way that serves them.
Starting every Saturday from Feb 2023, the workshop will cover the following over a course of 4 weeks:

- With the fundamentals, participants are now open to a new journey in yoga
